Mijn Burgerprofiel is hét online overheidsloket. Volg uw dossiers, blijf op de hoogte van recent nieuws, ontvang eBox overheidsdocumenten, vraag attesten aan en gebruik uw persoonlijke wallet. Mijn Burgerprofiel is de gemakkelijkste manier om uw zaken met de overheid te regelen, waar en wanneer u wil.

Mijn Burgerprofiel is uw persoonlijk overzicht van al uw overheidszaken, en houdt u op de hoogte als er nieuws is. De app is bruikbaar voor iedereen die in Vlaanderen woont en 
ouder is dan 12 jaar.

Inloggen met itsme lijkt eerst te lukken maar blijft uiteindelijk oneindig lang hangen. Ik heb de app niet kunnen gebruiken. Inloggen via sms geprobeerd, die knop doet niets… blijft gewoon hangen.

Ingewikkeld/gebruiksonvriendelijk om in te loggen
“Markeer als betaald” werkt niet
Veel te omslachtige teksten, zoals we dit altijd al gewoon zijn van de roverheid. 
Het betalen van verkeersboetes is ook gebruiksonvriendelijk/omslachtig. Neem een voorbeeld aan de Watergroep. Bij hun is het haast een plezier om betaling uit te voeren.

Its mee blijft na suc6 vol inloggen gewoon staan, als je dan manueel terug gaat naar mijn burger profiel is deze niet ingelogd.
