## BURGsmart Description
Die BURGsmart App aus dem Hause BURG-WÄCHTER ermöglicht es, Schlösser der Serie secuENTRY zu konfigurieren sowie zu öffnen und zu schließen.

Über die App können Sie ganz bequem und einfach Benutzer anlegen und diesen Benutzern Öffnungsmedien wie Pincode, Fingerprint, Funkschlüssel, Passivtransponder oder das Smartphone hinterlegen. Über die Timer-Einstellungen können die Benutzer auch zeitlich begrenzt werden.

Mittels der App lassen sich bis zu 15 Schlösser bzw. Geräte anlernen und kalibrieren. Im Schließplan werden dann die jeweiligen Berechtigungen vergeben und die Daten an die Schlösser übertragen.

### *---- "Hardware super, Software Katastrophe"
Dieses Smartschloss ist wahrscheinlich das einzige auf dem Markt, welches individuell an jedes Türschloss angebracht werden kann. Leider ist die App (Software) so fehlerhaft und damit der alltägliche Gebrauch echt nervig. Andauern stürzt die App beim aktualisieren des Schließplans ab. Der zeitlich begrenzte Zugang für z.B Mittwoch von 9.00-12.00 Uhr funktioniert nicht und aus der Ferne öffnen mit der Bridge ist auch ein Glücksspiel. Gerne die Möglichkeit schaffen, auch andere Nutzer zu Admins zu machen und die Öffnung aus der Ferne für die jeweiligen Benutzer optional freizugeben. Bitte nachbessern, danach korrigiere ich gerne die Sterne! Danke 😊

Die App macht was sie soll, ist aber recht altbacken. Kein Widget, keine Kurzbefehle und die Struktur ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Da ist noch Luft nach oben

Ich benutze ein ENTRYeasy 7602 FP und bin mit der App und Benutzung sehr unzufrieden. Die Handyöffnung klappt maximal in einem von zehn Fällen. Der Fingerprint klappt bei meinen Kindern (7 und 9 Jahre) ok, bei mir fast nie. Vielleicht kann der Entwickler nach der langen Zeit mal wieder ein Update bereitstellen…

Wenn die App eingerichtet ist, ist sie ok. Wirkt verästelt, aber bis die App eingerichtet ist, kann man schon verzweifeln!

BURG‑WÄCHTER mit der Modellnummer (7602 FP): „Kann ich die Öffnungsdauer nach erfolgreicher Zutrittsprüfung in Sekunden verlängern?“ falls das nicht möglich ist, ist das Schloss für bspw. ältere Menschen oder Kinder mit unter Umständen längeren Reaktionszeiten unbrauchbar

Die Programmierung ist furchtbar 
Das Hinzufügen neuer Personen oder Geräte oder Fingerabdrücke ist einfach nur nervig. 
Wird öfter abgebrochen oder einfach gelöscht. 
Wenn man es dann einigermaßen hinbekommen hat funktioniert es nicht stabil. 
Der Fingersensor arbeitet nach dem Zufallsprinzip 
Handyöffnung geht einmal, dann 3mal nicht, obwohl man vor der Tür steht. 
Das Gleiche mit der Bridge.

Die App ist wenig intuitiv. Zum Einrichten der meisten Funktionen sind mehrere Schritte notwendig, die umständlich und nicht/schlecht erklärt sind. Das Programmieren des Schlosses versteckt sich im Schließplan. Das Verknüpfen mit einer Bridge ist kompliziert. Das Einspielen eines Backups über eMail klappt nur über Schritte, die nirgends erklärt sind. Die Programmierer sollten sich mal in den Anwender versetzen und die App intuitiv und benutzerfreundlich programmieren.
