## Burnalong Reviews in United States

### *---- "Videos"
App constantly freezes, I have to restart many times. Frustrating app. Too bad, the instructors are great. I will be canceling and finding another service. I tried customer service on their website, couldn’t even log in.
-- KCgjjvvyyyhbvvfthjb, 2026-04-23

### **--- "Good workouts but terrible app"
The workouts are actually decent and good. However, the app tends to freeze a lot! It’s so annoying! They need to fix it honestly
-- Bfkwkq, 2026-04-07

### ***-- "Was loving but now…"
I was loving this option as going to the gym physically is not something I really get a chance to do. At home this is so much easier, but now the app crashes every time I try to open a class. Every. Single. Time. 😞
-- FaithBuilder💪🏻, 2025-10-28

### *---- "No support for Burnalong+"
After a month, I still don’t have my scan code to go to gyms. There isn’t an ability in the app to find gyms. So far, it’s pretty inconvenient.
-- Sara6430, 2025-09-01

### ***** "Love!!!"
This app is amazing. Love the workouts and levels and instructors. Love being able to do these classes in the comfort of my own home
-- kaymaestar, 2025-05-14

### *---- "Can’t log in"
I can’t even get in the app to see if I like it. It keeps going to the log in screen.
-- Jobeeone, 2025-01-21

### *---- "Portrait Mode"
App will only open in portrait mode on my iPad. The lock is off. Kind off important to have a landscape view in order to log in and to view the videos!!
-- GrumpyGranny(*:*), 2024-09-10

### **--- "Good in theory"
Was very excited for this app since my work has joined this. Well started a program and loved it…until it’s 5 weeks and only 3 classes a week and they are the same exact class every week of every day. Even a little variation on these programs would be nice. I do not want the same work outs for 5 weeks, need to change it up as I have never done any program that does the same work out every weeks and never changes even one work out. Extremely disappointed with this app. Will be going back to bodi
-- Freshnel, 2024-08-14

### *---- "Not that great"
Free through work- classes ok- no intergration with all Apple data (only steps)and that isn’t accurate …. Peleton user for 3 yrs- and enjoy their app and classes and ability to sync all data to Apple..Did enjoy MBS (Trainer Monte) classes.
-- PrinceLoverGa, 2024-08-02

### **--- "Syncing Steps"
I gave this exercise app a try for work and encountered some issues with the team challenges and step tracking. Unfortunately, the details for team challenges and remaining days weren't updated daily, which was quite frustrating. Even after syncing my steps with Apple Health, the app's step count didn't update immediately, leaving a discrepancy between my Health app and the app's count. Overall, the lack of real-time updates and synchronization issues made it difficult to track progress accurately.
