Wenn es aber eine Abweichung im Reiseverlauf gibt ist man auf sich alleine gestellt. Die Buchungsbestätigung sagt eindeutig das eine Änderung des Tickets möglich ist. Die VorgefertigteSupportantwort sagt hingegen keine Änderung möglich. Und das Busunternehmen? Sagt gar nix weil sobald englisch gesprochen wird der Kontakt einfach abgebrochen wird. Also musste das Ticket vor Ort neu gekauft werden. Busbud schweigt sich auch schon seit Tagen auf eine Anfrage meinerseits aus. Support null. Ich war mehrmals in Mexiko mit dieser App unterwegs und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Man zeigt dem Fahrer die Buchungsnummer oder den QR Code und schon kann man mitfahren. Da in Mexiko die Angestellten an den Ticket Schaltern nur selten so Motiviert sind, wie sie eigentlich sein sollten. Kann man damit Verständigungsprobleme und lange Wartezeiten vermeiden. Wie die App in anderen Ländern außer Mexiko funktioniert kann ich leider noch nicht sagen. Das wird aber bei Gelegenheit noch getestet.
