Busbud: Bus & Train Tickets

My plane ended up landing super late, so I tried to cancel my ticket as I paid extra money so that I could refund my ticket at any time. In the process of trying to cancel my ticket it kept giving me an error message and wasn’t allowing me so I walked over to the bus station and talked to front desk who then told me to email them, which I did, but by this time it was past the point of when my bus left when I finally got a hold of somebody multiple days later, they then told me I couldn’t get a refund because I contacted them too late, which was only 20 minutes past the time my bus was left. Where I then explain to them that I tried to get a refund multiple times and it didn’t work. But they did not care so I paid C$79 and had to pay an extra C$88 for a second ticket to get home which also had me home 2 hours later then they originally told me. nothing was refunded and they refused to do anything other than a 50% credit towards their app which I will never be using again. Do NOT recommend!!

I booked a bus for two seniors to Toronto Lester person, I my flight couldn’t accommodate me.. Within one hour I tired to cancel the bus and get my money returned The the refund said they need 48 hour’s to get money back… I booked for a next day flight then the airline couldn’t accommodate me Within one hour I should of gotten my money returned

They used to have humans to talk to, they cut that out and now it’s a stupid AI bot that only has pre programmed responses and I’ve emailed the the company multiple times for the past two weeks trying to get some help with a double charge on my card and on top of that my IN APP credits got used for it You’re honestly better just booking with the red arrow or cold shot or rider express companies through there own websites and avoid this service

Straightforward, friendly drivers feel very safe every time.

This app is a scam purchased my ticket for 200 the money came out of my account and I didn’t receive my ticket called to see if I’m file got told nothing they can do because this app is 3rd party please do not download this app it’s a scam and you will be Robbed had to report this to my bank for fraud

This is a good service

虽然多花了几加元，但是顺利买到票了。在megabus官网，说什么也付款不成功，发邮件问，回复说是支付触发网站安全措施，阻止了交易，我看有不少其他小伙伴也遇到了类似情况。（是不是mega官网和busbud……嗯？）

I use this to commute when needed. To get back to Banff or calgary.

I got charged twice for 2 tickets, they never helped me get a refund for one of them and told me I could cancel it for a refund of 25% 1 HOUR BEFORE DEPARTURE and it doesnt even let me cancel it 3 days before. garbage app, terrible customer service. now I threw away $132 for nothing :)
