Worse bus service I have ever experienced
My plane ended up landing super late, so I tried to cancel my ticket as I paid extra money so that I could refund my ticket at any time. In the process of trying to cancel my ticket it kept giving me an error message and wasn’t allowing me so I walked over to the bus station and talked to front desk who then told me to email them, which I did, but by this time it was past the point of when my bus left when I finally got a hold of somebody multiple days later, they then told me I couldn’t get a refund because I contacted them too late, which was only 20 minutes past the time my bus was left. Where I then explain to them that I tried to get a refund multiple times and it didn’t work. But they did not care so I paid C$79 and had to pay an extra C$88 for a second ticket to get home which also had me home 2 hours later then they originally told me. nothing was refunded and they refused to do anything other than a 50% credit towards their app which I will never be using again. Do NOT recommend!!
