The app is very easy to use. There’s only one thing that I don’t like; you get credits/points for booking but ever Since I started using the app it always said “3 trips remaining to unlock the points”. I just booked 4 trips right now and it’s still locked.

When I need to book a bus I cannot directly search on the app because it tells me that ‘There no trips on this route on this day’, I then have to first go on the internet and only then will I be redirected to the app where it’ll start working fine.
The app has removed intercape buses as part of its service offers which is beyond disappointing because that was the only reason I got the app. And honestly I genuinely loved using the app until they stopped catering to travellers that prefer intercape. The app only has intercity. I’m very disappointed with this new development
