## Bushnell Trail Cameras Reviews in United States

### *---- "Won’t give me the app icon on my Home Screen"
Won’t show up on Home Screen
-- Boss rjdosbrj, 2026-08-29

### **--- "Poor attention to detail / user experience"
I rarely write reviews but this app always feels like it was designed by people who never have to use it. First let’s start with the password selection. It just says “enter a valid password at least 8 characters” but makes you guess what a valid password means. Then, there is no way out of the tutorial for the app. I just want to see my pics, stop interrupting me several times to show me how the app works. At least give a skip option. The inability to download a screenshot from a video is just silly. I know I can’t download the video from the camera but why not create a button to download the screenshot? The list goes on. The cameras are great but the app is tiresome. When my 5 Bushnell cameras die, I’m switching to Moultrie.
-- CB217to406, 2026-08-09

### ***-- "Thanks for the update"
I hate it. Why can't we just swipe through the pictures like we used to? And why do we have to select the photo to be able to zoom in on it? I liked it better before.
-- Miamiameoww, 2026-07-13

### *---- "Connection sucks"
The cameras don’t update to the app like they are supposed to and every time I update my subscription I have to reach out to customer support to get all the cameras to update the plan to eat device.
-- Charlie7414, 2026-04-26

### ***-- "App"
Love the cameras and the quality, but the app gives me a lot of issues. It never loads anything and half the time I can’t view my pictures without restarting my phone every single time. Other than the app, the cameras are great!
-- Trail cameras, 2025-09-22

### *---- "Camera"
I started my plan about a week ago and woke up today with 4 notifications and I clicked on the app and said I was signed out so I signed back in and now I don’t have an account with an active camera on it but I still have notifications for new pictures. I’m about tired of wasting my time on junk
-- Trevor,1543, 2025-09-15

### *---- "Trash"
You can't even login into the app and no customer support.
-- jaynogood, 2025-08-29

### ****- "Sharing"
How come when I try to share pictures with my wife and vise versa we both have bushnell cameras and it will not let you share you can send a picture at a time but I wanted us to see what each other has an pictures of
-- foote67, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Worked for 12 hours"
The app logged me out the first day I set up the camera. Now it comes up repeatedly with “Invalid credentials” I have uninstalled and reinstalled. At the time I have written this review I have called the 800 number 47 times trying to get help. The recording says due to high call volume and long wait times this que is closed. You 100% can’t get help. As I read the reviews they all respond call this number. I can assure you that number will get you no where. I can’t even log in to cancel the subscription. So now I bought a camera, I am paying for it monthly and I get zero from it. And I can’t cancel it. I own a lot of Bushnell products. I will never buy another one after this experience. Zero customer service after the sale. I’m going to have to cancel my debit card just so they stop the reoccurring billing. At this point I don’t feel like this is bad service, I feel like this is theft.
-- Sceurman1, 2024-11-12

### *---- "Don’t waste your money. Zero customer support, buggy app"
Used to tell everyone these were the best cameras and ended up buying 10 of them. Only 2/10 will now connect to signal after one season. Tried calling and emailing bushnell for 2 weeks and received no email response and the phone line is has an automated response saying they’re unavailable. Now the 2 cameras that were working say the don’t have subscriptions and won’t send any pictures while they most definitely do have subscriptions. Absolutely stay away from these!
