The Business24 Authenticator app provides a secure method of authentication for Business24 banking in order to further protect you against fraud and keep you safe online. The Business24 Authenticator app allows you to complete authentication by sending a push notification to your registered device (Smartphone or Tablet) for certain online processes.
If you’re a permanent tsb customer who’s registered for Business24 Online Banking you can download the app and register your device which will link your permanent tsb customer profile to your device which will then be used to provide authentication where necessary.
It’s important to note that our Business24 Authenticator app is for authentication purposes only, as an additional security enhancement. It cannot be used for other day to day banking purposes such as viewing your balance or to make payments.
Accessing the app:
• To log in to the Business24 Authenticator app you’ll need to be a permanent tsb customer who is registered for Business24 Online Banking. To register for Business24 Online Banking call us now on 1890 500 177 or +353 1 215 1363.
• Once logged in you will be prompted to register your device which will link your permanent tsb customer profile to your device.
• To complete registration you’ll need to enter a security code which you’ll receive via SMS to your registered mobile phone number. The following country codes are excluded from this service +53 Cuba, +98 Iran, +964 Iraq, +95 Myanmar, +963 Syria, +249 Sudan, +850 North Korea. If you are not receiving your code, or to register or change your mobile number, call us now on 0818 50 24 24 or +353 1 212 4101.

This app never works, constantly logging out, I cannot link my PTSB account with any professional provider like Revolt or An Post money manager. Best to stick with Revolut or An Post

Pointless having an app that doesn’t work ,utterly crap.
Who approved this app to be in the store
This app takes all your information but doesn’t work. I wonder how apps are now being approved to be in the store. At this stage the level of work put into this deployment is ridiculous. It doesn’t work, I loose respect for this bank almost daily
Do not install
Worst app to slow down your buying process . It simply does not work
Disaster
A poor APP that causes a lot of distress and phone calls to call centres who will try to fob you off with the same poor excuse every time. You will need to delete and reload the app on a regular basis. There doesn’t seem to be any appetite to improve the service at all.
Awful App
Awful software that glitches a lot. As a developer, I’m shocked at the appalling level -or lack of - error checking on this app. That said, the entire company is rotten, so why should the software be any different?

It doesn’t work , I can’t pay anything online I’ve tried calling the helpline, no help , now I’m Locked out of my business account Can you pls find something more user friendly
Get your act together PTSB
Poor reviews for 2 months - still the same. Does not work at all. Seriously, PTSB? Some of us have a business to run. That shouldn’t include 20 mins on the phone each time I need to order online! App does not even provide any other account information. Very very poor.
