Add-on refund for Rm 1.44 but when request for refund the tiket are unable for refund… wasted moneyyy lol

I already booked two tickets by my phone number and I tried to contact with them to get my time and everything but there is no answer when I try to found them the answer me it was the time gun so I asked my money back but they don’t answer meI don’t advise anyone to download the app or the this company

Pengalaman beli tiket bas online dekat website busonlineticket.com & beli tiket bas dekat apps BUSONLINETICKET.com adalah mengecewakan. Saya beli tiket pakai payment method credit card. Setiap kali belian tiket tu takkan reflect terus ke statement bank. Ia akan amik masa 2-3 hari baru reflect. Yang jadi masalah adalah email pun tak bagi lepas buat pembayaran tu. Dekat dalam apps tu pun takde booking saya. No careline pun takde nak follow up. Bagi no wasap yang robot pun tak reply buat apa. Menyusahkan. Memang pengalaman yang bodoh. Kali pertama beli dekat website tu ingat sistem website yang problem. Install lah apps try beli dalam apps pula. Memang sampah. Sila tambah baik sistem. 👎
