Very nice, intuitive, and functional. Reasonable priced. Developers are always updating keeping abreast of things.
Additional wishes: Templates Sub Task Attachments - both photos and files I appreciate the continued development and support of the developer.
I have emailed developer with no response. Contacts sync correctly on Events and Journals.
I was recently forced to part ways with Calendars 5 due to its developer ceasing support and creating a different calendar app with a monthly/yearly subscription. That left me looking for a new calendar. The App Store is never short of calendar offerings, and some of them will let you try before you buy, or subscribe, if that’s your thing. But which calendar to get when there are so many to choose from? To me, it would be a daunting, unpractical task (not to mention cost) to try each and every one of them. However, my next calendar had to be and look as good or better than the one I used. Enter BusyCal. BusyCal is everything I want and need for a calendar — it’s feature-rich and not bloated with stuff you’ll probably never use. In my opinion, it is a far better calendar than the one I used before… and looks much better, too. In summary, BusyCal is a fantastic calendar — no subscription, you have to respect that. Welcome, BusyCal... and good readdle to my old calendar. Sorry, I meant good riddance.
I have emailed support and have received responses very quickly. This app has so much potential. Currently having some issues with linking contacts to events and task along with them syncing but I know they will get that worked out. The fact that you can link contacts to events and task is such a no brainer and great feature it’s hard to believe very few calendar planners have that feature. The only other app I know with that feature is CalenGoo. Also would like to be able to add attachments to events and task and have subtask. All in all great app with some room for improvement.
I use this app when it first came out about 15 years ago or more. The Support for this app is stellar such a great app extremely fast to enter events. I’m not sure how to make it any faster. I do cloud between the Mac version with iOS all the calendar sets. And groupings which doesn’t seem to be existence for folders on the iOS app.
Cannot use google task and have rolling reminders. This is a deal breaker.
This app is highly customizable and useful. The dev is very responsive to feedback and bug reports. It’s the best calendar app I’ve used on iOS and Mac.
The problem with this is that it is not easy to see and the day and the date are not center most at the top so that you can refer back-and-forth. It's way too hard to see the day of the week or should I say the date also does not have holidays or birthdaysholidays Overall it has a fastidious style
