## But First Description
Spiritual guided meditations for inner peace, emotional balance & intuitive clarity.

Have you ever felt really calm after meditating, only to have the mental chatter and emotional stress take back over a few minutes later?

But First, Exhale is a new kind of meditation app that’s not just about a quick dose of calm that disappears as soon as you get back to your life. It’s about experiencing a deep transformation from within that allows you to live with an ever increasing sense of peace, freedom and clarity.

Instead of trying to get “there” (to a quiet mind, to inner peace, to the next achievement/manifestation, etc), But First, Exhale is about working with what’s HERE and learning to support yourself in staying present, grounded and patient with whatever you’re feeling and whatever arises.

When you practice meditation in this way, a whole new way of experiencing the world arises and an incredible peace, freedom and wisdom will be revealed to you.

- Choose from a variety of shorter meditations for a quick reset or longer meditations for a deeper journey: 0-10 minutes, 11-20 minutes, 21-30 minutes, 30+ minutes
- Choose to meditate with soothing, tranquil music or no music
- Save your favorites and access them offline
- Curated programs like the 5 Day Anxiety Detox or 7 Day Meditation Challenge
- Learn what creates rapid, deep and lasting transformation in meditation in our welcome series videos
- Meditations to help you: relax, surrender, release tension and stress, access your intuition, release stuck emotions/energy, expand your awareness, deepen your sense of peace, presence and alignment in your everyday life and more!

But First, Exhale offers two auto-renewing subscription options, each with a free 14 day trial:
$11/month
$88/year (that's only $7.33 a month)

These prices are in USD and may vary based on country conversions.

Start your free 14 day trial today by downloading the app and subscribing.
