It works great!

Concerns About Device Connectivity and Installation

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend ButterflyMX for areas with poor internet connectivity. The device was installed in the lower-level garage without inspecting for WiFi connectivity. As there is no cellular data available in that area, I have been stuck at the door several times, waiting for someone to let me in. Please consider this feedback for future installations to ensure better service for all users.

It’s so good and easy to use. I just love Butterfly

slide to unlock thinks I’m swipe scrolling

Half the time it registers a swipe up and down while trying to slide to unlock, needs a dead zone around the slider

Doesn’t work if it gets a little cloudy outside

Please you guys get it together. My landlord is a monster and didn’t give me keys and some of the numbers on the pinpad are out. Customer service is basically nonexistent, no way to look up property / ask sercurity questions etc, they just told me “ask your friends to let you in” bro what friends I just moved in

Long pause before the door unlocks....

When I use the app to unlock the door, I have to wait up to 2 minutes for the lobby door to unlock often... Update... Tech suppor told me to uninstall/re-install app for the latest version and it works perfectly!

Simple and easy to use. I use it to get in and out of my complex. Easy to set up for family and friends or deliveries.
