## Butternut Box Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***-- "Great company and food but app needs work"
The company, customer service, etc are great. Their food is the best according to our dog. Love how flexible their plans are too. The app crashes a lot though and when you input an update, it doesn’t show unless you close the app and come back to it. Since this is a review of the app, I’m giving it a 3 stars. But the company would get all the stars from us.

### ***** "Best Decision"
I changed my dogs food to butternut box a while ago and she loves it! There are plenty of options for her and I don't have to worry about if she will run out. The app tells you when you should be expecting your next box and it is always on time. The food stays frozen until you pop it in your freezer and it is so easy to prepare her meals as you just take pouch out and put it in your fridge to defrost.

### ***-- "A bit misleading"
I recently signed up to Butternut at the local xmas market - and the man showed me how it would be healthier for my dog … and how it would work out cheaper than what i am currently buying which is Lilly’s Kitchen. The first two orders i’ve seen on my account do come out less - but only due to a discounted rate - then i see the price shoots up for the 3rd month and i do feel this was not Mentioned when signing up. I have just received the first box and will start to introduce it slowly to my dog which is recommends but i can’t help feeling slightly duped by the “sales talk”. I was not informed the prices he was telling me were an introductory discounted rate. It looks like a good product and i’m hoping my dog will like it - but i’m not very impressed with the idea that the real prices were not fully disclosed to me when signing up. Would appreciate a response from Butternut.

### ***** "Ruby dinners"
I would like to say just how much she is liking her meals , some times I find 500 gram packets in my box ? When she should only have 400 grams , she loves the lamb treats, any way we have a happy healthy frenchie.

### ***** "Top quality product"
I’m going through the transition stage with Gizmo after signing up with Butternut. The smell and taste of this food, even though it’s mixed with his existing food, gets him trotting so quickly to his food bowl morning and late afternoon. He stands scratching at his bowl begging for more between meal times, something he has never done before. It’s nothing to do with still being hungry, it’s because he clearly finds it delicious. The lamb and pork were a success, we move on to the beef tomorrow morning, and I’m not expecting Gizmo to turn his nose up at it.

### ***-- "Great food my dog loves it"
My dog loves it but at £70 a month my wallet doesn’t …. Sorry , I can’t justify spending so much .
I am planning to make my own fresh food for him as he loves it so much .
Unfortunately his allergies ( sores on his body ) didn’t go away and I thought they would .
Sorry to have to cancel but I can’t afford £70 a month .

### ***** "Best Food"
My cockapoo used to be a very fussy eater, to the extent that he would never ask for it and would normally leave quite a lot. Now he comes to ask for his meal. He absolutely loves the food and every little bit is cleaned from his bowl. Butternut Box customer service is very good and have organised for my food to be delivered to Cornwall for our holiday. Always very accommodating and helpful.
