Bvoy's holistic health reporting covers the 3 crucial aspects of fitness and wellness. Mind Resting Heart Rate - Resting heart rate (RHR) is a crucial indicator of overall health and plays a significant role in assessing heart function and cardiovascular well-being. Monitoring your RHR can provide valuable insights into your heart's health and your overall fitness level. Minimum Heart Rate - Monitoring your minimum heart rate throughout the day is crucial for assessing your cardiovascular health. This data provides valuable insights into your body's recovery, indicating how well your heart is resting during periods of inactivity. Deep Sleep hours - Deep sleep is a critical phase of the sleep cycle that plays a fundamental role in maintaining overall health and well-being. During deep sleep, the body undergoes essential restorative processes, including tissue repair, muscle growth, and hormone regulation. Automatic renewals will cost the same price you were originally charged for the subscription unless you were granted an introductory promo offer. - You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
