DO NOT USE THIS APP it is glitchy and slow. my card was not being accepted and kept coming up with error issues or saying my card details were entered incorrectly, i tried again and again because i thought i was entering the details wrong, it processed the payment 4 times. called the bottle shop closest to me that would receive my order and they didn’t get it. i will never be using this app again, you have been warned!

The app is consistently unreliable and never ready to use in stores. It logs you out and doesn’t seem to have been fixed by the latest update. Can’t even get past the first screen at the moment.

The app has become slow and glitchy since the last update.
Slow to load, often failing to load products when you click “show more” or “show all”, and will take your money without sending your order through. Given that it takes a couple of days to get your money refunded, I definitely would not recommend using until it has been fixed

Latest update and multi factor authentication has locked me out of getting back into the BWS app. Basically it sends me the code. I put it in tap verify and then it asks me to re-verify my phone number which I have done so I go round and round in circles. I have contacted BWS customer Care left an IT ticket. Hopefully they will be able to resolve the issue soon. Apart from the multi factor authentication issue. This app is awesome really easy to find products and get it delivered. I like the fact that BWS are taking security of customer data very seriously. I’m just hoping that I will be able to regain access to the BWS app soon.

Since the latest update, searching for items on the BWS app has become noticeably slower. It often takes several seconds for results to appear, which can be frustrating when trying to quickly find a specific product.

Additionally, there have been instances where items I know are in stock simply don't appear in the search results. This is particularly annoying when I'm trying to purchase a particular brand or variety.

I hope these issues can be addressed in a future update to improve the overall user experience.
