Since the latest update I have been unable to use the app at all, nothing adds to cart and I cannot checkout

App does not allow me to cancel an order made in error. Online chatbot also not helpful in this regard

DO NOT USE THIS APP it is glitchy and slow. my card was not being accepted and kept coming up with error issues or saying my card details were entered incorrectly, i tried again and again because i thought i was entering the details wrong, it processed the payment 4 times. called the bottle shop closest to me that would receive my order and they didn’t get it. i will never be using this app again, you have been warned!

I downloaded the BWS app and started to go thru the onboarding process. The search for suburb/postcode field kept returning an error so I couldn’t proceed.

Haven’t been able to get into it for at least 2 weeks now, keeps saying traffic jam . Have reinstalled a couple of times now no help

The app is consistently unreliable and never ready to use in stores. It logs you out and doesn’t seem to have been fixed by the latest update. Can’t even get past the first screen at the moment.

BWW is a scam. Prices in the app rarely match what’s in the actual store (always higher). I don’t understand how the ACCC doesn’t take action against them.

The app has become slow and glitchy since the last update. Slow to load, often failing to load products when you click “show more” or “show all”, and will take your money without sending your order through. Given that it takes a couple of days to get your money refunded, I definitely would not recommend using until it has been fixed

Is this a blind intersection because the amount of crashes is insane!!!!
