BTG doesn't use an internet connection so you can be sure that your data isn't shared with anyone. But this also means you are responsible for adding new foods to the local database. 50 common foods are pre-loaded into the food database.

Like to weigh your food by the gram? Tired of doing quick math to calculate the calories per gram from the serving size? Then BTG is the app made for you!
Great for keeping track of your eating window for intermittent fasting. Easiest way to help you lose weight yet!

There are a few problems. You can’t see your history for the week and the app often crashes when trying to delete foods. You also can’t track your weight or edit the foods you entered.

Amazing app but please add a way to see your history. It helps to know how you’re doing on a daily basis. A simple date picker would be amazing.

### ***** "Wonderful App: A few requests"
Easily the best workflow I’ve seen for a calorie tracker, and it’s refreshing to see such an excellent UI. To anyone complaining about the lack of a database, that’s sorta the point of having a private tracker. Yeah, you end up having to put in some work adding foods, but so it goes. 

I do have a few requests that I think add value to the app. 

1.  Add in hydration tracking

2. Allow for integration with Apple Health. I realize this may run afoul if the “private” intentions, which is totally fair, but I’d certainly appreciate the integration

3. Allow us to save and enter foods by serving size rather than just grams. This would be useful for dealing with both liquid calories and with items like nutrition bars. 

Otherwise, it’s a killer piece of software. Thanks for developing it!

Offers a tiny handful of pre loaded food info, otherwise you have to find and enter all the data yourself. Would not recommend if you need something easy and quick
