## BYBE Description
BYBE provides cash back rebates on beer, wine, and spirits at your local retailer. Rebates are processed in less than 48 hours.

To start saving:
1. View available offers in your state
2. Purchase a participating product in-store at your preferred retailer
3. Upload a picture of your physical and fully itemized receipt that shows your qualifying purchase

BYBE emails confirmation when a submission is approved. In the email, select a cashout option or accrue and cash out at a later time!

Location services are totally optional and are only used to automatically show offers in your state.

I have used them for a couple of years now, rebate approvals have always been sketchy, they send you no notification when your rebate is denied.  They used to respond to emails but as of my last support request for an improperly denied rebate they simply do not respond.  You are submitting rebates through this app at your own risk at this point.

Pros: I’ve actually gotten a couple payouts. Very easy and was paid via Venmo 
Cons: If your claim gets denied (even though you provided all the requested information) you can enter a support ticket, but nobody will ever contact you about it so you’ll never get the rebate

I submitted two legit rebate submissions. Waited 2 weeks even though their app says “processed in 48 hours”. Provided full receipt photos with rebate item circled. Logged in to check status to see “receipt rejected” due to not providing a full photo of the receipt. What?! It’s still showing the receipt photo on their app. I suspect they no longer have the money to send out the promised rebates & we’ll see it shutting down soon. Don’t waste your time with this app. Shady!!

Despite making separate purchases for individual receipts to streamline the receipt submission process, the BYBE bots or employees will often incorrectly reject rebates usually claiming they were previously submitted.

Initially, the BYBE app provided a reliable and straightforward experience for securing cashback rebates. Unfortunately, the platform has recently experienced a severe decline and operational quality and basic functionality. The most alarming issue is a total collapse of their consumer support in infrastructure. The company has completely disconnected its phone lines directing users via automated message to email support instead, however, multiple attempts to contact their team via email regarding valid, unresolved account complaints have gone entirely ignored. It is deeply concerning when a financial tech platform refuses to provide human accountability or respond to users trying to access their rightfully earned funds. I strongly advise prospective users to look elsewhere for rebate services until BYBE, and its parent company, Swiftly , address these systemic, customer service failures.

They used to be great. Submissions reviewed and processed within 48 hours as advertised on their website. Now submissions sit there for a week or more. Customer service is nonexistent.  F rating with the Better Business Bureau is no surprise. Time to move on to another company.

First of all, it takes days to get cash back on a rebate. Sometimes 5 or 6 days. And that is when they actually give you cash back which only about half the time. The other half of rebates you submit will be rejected for a different random reason every time. I use Fetch and Ibotta and rarely have an issue. When I do have an issue I email them and they quickly resolve it. BYBE just ignores your email and doesn’t bother to try and resolve it. I deleted this app. It’s not worth the headache for a few dollars here and there.
