前天我的ETH流動性挖礦在被強制平倉之前我已經解除了合約~然後它顯示處理中... 處理一段時間還沒處理好我合約就被強制平倉了??!! 贖回此筆交易不是應該以我贖回的時間為準嗎? 怎麼平倉時間會是我贖回之後?那不就是你們系統運作速度不足的問題嗎? 怎麼會在我贖回交易時間之後平倉要算我的損失?也不太合理了! 麻煩把錢退還給我~謝謝! The day before yesterday, before my ETH liquidity mining position was forcibly liquidated, I had already redeemed the contract, and it showed as "processing." However, after a long processing time, my position was still forcibly liquidated??!! Shouldn't the redemption be based on the time I initiated the request? Why was the liquidation time after I had already redeemed it? Doesn't this indicate an issue with the system’s processing speed? How can the liquidation happen after my redemption request, and I still have to bear the loss? This doesn’t seem reasonable! Please refund my money. Thank you!

Can't transfer 20usd because your withdrawal limit is higher. Please fix it. What difference does it make? I'm paying the transfer fee anyway arnt I?

Recently these updates with the recent force of a UTA account. Just frustrating to be honest and on top of that the (latest update) - has now caused the profit amount in real time to be delayed which is a must needed gauge when you’re in a long trade (FIX THIS!) Other than that, the App I’ve been happy with. I’ve also very familiar with it. I’ve been using it for awhile now about a year whether it’s trading spot or converting coins. I do however love the card feature and being able to add to the Apple wallet so that I can straight away utilise my profits for daily expenses. Anyhow, I would like you guys could fix the real time PNL when in a trade and in future. Ans give a little more explanation of UTA instead of offering people to upgrade to a UTA account on every page of the app its so in ur face. and then a month later it automatically upgrades after anyway once you’ve updated to the latest version of the app. I never wanted to update i was happy with the seperate individual accounts i gave me more comfort knowing i had the option :(

I've had zero issues everything's works perfectly making good profits and the bybit card absolutely amazing works for everything and anything

This app has millions of features all lumped under the same page with some arbitrary restrictions and rules which is only to benefit the Bybit itself, including VIP statuses and daily restrictions, transaction fees, super complicated verification process, terrible design of the charts and pages, millions of buttons

I have been in the crypto space since 2016. Bybit has not allowed me to withdraw my crypto from my verified account. They have the worst customer support imaginable. They don’t respond to most of my emails and if by chance you can actually get to anyone via the 24/7 support link. They will tell you to email them say they can’t help. In summary Avoid at all costs.

Though I am new to this but I have been using other apps for trades since I started using this, I realise this is the best.
