I’ve recently made the transition from trading stock options to crypto trading (perpetual) and I must say this is a phenomenal exchange, it has all the flavors you could ever ask search for and even offers sign up bonuses. I will continue to use them moving forward. Thanks! 12/29 Edit: from 5 stars to 2. Their prices on crypto are very behind then the actual price of the crypto. It’s very frustrating as my TP aren’t triggered in the app but have been triggered on the real time price meaning I’m short profit or my stop loss is hit early. They need to fix this.

Awesome app

They do not keep case numbers or logs if any chats. Their agents are not helpful. They do not allow you to download any transactions for derivatives for US tax reporting and said they will not do it until March 2025. They also limit spot transaction reporting for the previous 3 months only.

Everyone should be careful about this platform. They are a team of scammers, and I can't withdraw any funds from their accounts.

They were great ended up fixing the issue I had. Will continue using the app thank you Bad customer service and platform. Got liquidated while in profit on a trade and the never got back to regarding this clitch . They will place trades against your position as well

Very bad platform, NOT recommended to anyone. They stolen all my money somehow and fo not want to take any responsibility. I filed some case: complaint to US Financial requlator, so hopefully they will loss a license soon. Customer Service just bad, they are froud and TOTAI Scam.

The latest update is soo buggy and it keeps lagging, please fix it, sometimes the numbers just stops moving, btw i am on iOS so not sure about android,

Beware of this app. I would always use it to view the market and check charts and the app always worked fine without any issues at all… UNTIL I opened a position with leverage and then the app stops working magically within a minute of me entering the position… closed app, restarted phone, deleted app and re downloaded multiple times the app would not open at all. After some time I get an email that my position has been liquidated. I kid you not, the app begins to work the next time I clicked it open. Complete scam. This should not be on the App Store and should absolutely not be allowed to operate within the United States. After doing some digging and finding out many others has the same experience, this deserves to be investigated further. I have filed an official complaint with the SEC and FTC. You have been Warned..

They liquidated everybody that had long positions in and even stop losses, and then froze the app and took our funds. They should be ashamed of themselves. Do not download this app.
