Whether you are traveling to a conference in New York, or your honeymoon in Bali, or a vacation with friends and family in Rome, the ByeByeJetLag App will help you eliminate jet-lag. As a public speaker and the creator of the ByeByeJetLag App, I travel often and have been to over 50 countries. I used to get jet-lag, and I no longer do. I am passing on my system to you. I have created a simple 15-minute guided audio for you to listen to shortly after your plane takes off. By the time you land you will be set to go for the time zone you are in. If you cross more than 3 times zones (or if you are prone to insomnia), I recommend listening to it again on the day you arrive, before you go to bed, and every evening of your trip. Great sleep app !

I have trouble sleeping anywhere, but this app still worked! I used it on a recent trip to Europe and did not get jet lag—was able to enjoy the trip so much more!

One of a kind

This is a very innovative and unique app that will help you combat the dreaded jet lag. I highly recommend it!

Relaxing

This guided visualization is sooo relaxing, she has such a soothing voice! My first time using the app was when traveling with an 11 hour time change but I think I’ll even try it on a smaller 3 hour time change next time because I liked it so much!!

Cool

I’m traveling often between usa and europe and usually after my second day of arrival I become very tired or sleepy. I had tried this app and it really helps! Follow the steps and you will see results Safe ✈️

Really glad I downloaded this app before our honeymoon to Hawaii. This guided meditation truly set us up to have a peaceful and well rested trip! Surprised how quickly we adapted and felt rested for our trip! No day was wasted!

Amazing! It works!

I always get jet lag when I travel. I downloaded this app before a flight from NYC to LA and it really helped! I usually pass out early and then am up at 4am - not this time! I travel frequently and will always use this app now during my flights!

Excellent way to rid yourself of jet lag

Was recommended to use this app by a friend who travels a lot. She swore by it, so I gave it a try last time I went to Europe. It is absolutely worth it! Used the app both too and from and beat the jet lag before it even came on. I will be using this every time I fly now.

Life saver!!!!!!!

I travel often to the East coast from the West coast. This seriously helps me adjust to the three hour time change. This has become a new airplane habit. I am so grateful I found out about this and you will not regret trying it! Thank you so much! Changed my life!

All You Need!

Was flying from LA to NY for a wedding and an overall very short trip. The time differences are always tough for this trip but this helped tremendously! No jet lag at all for me. definitely will use on future trips!
