They are providing the document expired vehicles for rent, customer support also very worst, yesterday caught up on police and I have paid 1500 penalty because of the expired documents. worst service.

Worst service they provide the customer ,even they don’t have a good condition of vehicle . And that guy his name Ranjit such a arrogant person they don’t have a manners how to talk with customer (Marathalli pick up point) .

I have rented bikes from them 3 times, firstly it was a gixxer(from Kundanahalli Gate garage) which was faulty. After riding for less than 15 kms the bike started releasing the acceleration and turned off automatically. I changed few parts from my own money and asked at the garage to pay me but instead of paying they started a debate that I haven’t changed anything but when I asked them to check then only they admitted but with arrogance, later I rented HF100(from MS Ramaiyah College garage) and asked them to check the condition as I didn’t want the same to repeat again and they said the condition is good as the bike is only 1 week old but that also had a faulty kick start. Later I rented CT100 BS6 with self start(Kormangala Garage) they gave me a bike and said they just changed the battery so for 4-5 kilometres the bike will not start with self but eventually it will start after 5 kms, I took the bike but the bike never started from the self. And most irritating part is each time I tried reaching out to any helpline number the call was always on cue and got disconnected saying that I will get call from help centre hut never actually received any call. They will give you such bikes which will run for 10 to 12 kms and will start giving you headache and when you tell them at the time of return they always act arrogant. Such disgusting bike renting company. They actually loot money from consumers.

These guys are awful, and they don't even care to clean up before handing the keys over. I would never recommend them. Their support staff is unaware of their own policies; each has a different version. Their refund turn around time is even more pathetic, don’t waste time with ‘Bykemania’, they should rename to bykemaniacs. Worst ever experience!

Bikes keep breaking down in middle of road. No executive shows up on location till 3-4 hrs. Customer care executives talk rudely. If you cancel your booking, you won’t even get your refund. Worst services ever. Go for another platforms. They dont care about customer experience at all

We rented 2 bikes from them, which were not in good condition at all. Cell start was not working in RE Classic 350. Rent charges was low but so is the quality, very rude behaviour from mechanics, as if they have personal agenda against us. We had an accident so we got it repaired and returned bikes but there were scratches and for that they charged full amount for every scratched part. They basically looted us and were not even listening and rudely saying to pay and leave. It appears as if this is their business model, they hope customers damage their vehicles so they can loot customers.

Please please do not rent anything from here. No one in the company takes responsibility. I booked a bike and when I went to the location, the executive said the bike isn’t available. He was very rude and so were the customer care agents. They said it isn’t their responsibility or fault. On asking why there app shows the bike as available when it’s been with another customer for 8 hrs, they just say I don’t know he might extend it. This is a scam. I made the customer care agent and the executive on the phone talk and they made fun of the situation. On asking if another bike is present, the answer was no. They have absolutely no value for the customers’ time. They said you’ll get refund what else can we do. Please don’t rent anything from here. Other sites might be asking for more money but at least they are reliable!

Do not take the bike from this app. All their bikes especially Scooters are in Pathetic Condition. Staff is extremely rude they don’t respect customers time. They might call you all 10 but will open store at 10:30. Never take bike from them go for Royal Brothers or onn bikes

The bike they gave was actually ex showroom Idk y some people are not giving good ratings But according to my personal experience …. It was more than satisfactory Branch- KartikNagar bangalore
