## ByME Digital Reviews in Spain

### *---- "Fatal"
-- azaharaRh, 2024-01-17

### *---- "Worse help desk support"
- receiving a server error when trying to login to the app
- reported an error via the web
- next day I reveived an email reply: uninstall and reinstall the app (to fix a server error :))
- sceptical, followed their instructions
- it did not work
- the only way to follow up the case is a reply link they include in the email and you get a disabled cookies error
- after trying diff browsers and devices and make it sure the cookies are enabled, it keeps on failing
- they do not offer any other help contact
- I created another ticket
- repeat all the previous steps until is the problem is solved or until your child have had the exam and you do not need the app anymore

-- Aroksip, 2021-09-26

### *---- "App del colegio"
No me gusta estudiar
-- Rubenhur, 2020-12-15

### *---- "Imposible acceder a libros"

-- Aaaaazazfdvegtehgetnysrjsfhnts, 2020-02-18

### *---- "N"
No permite recuperar contraseña
-- Eduaep, 2020-02-09
