I had problems with my order. I ordered on my account and it didn’t appear. I contacted support on WhatsApp and they were rude - even sending laughing emojis, like making fun of me, when it turned out that it had been sent to an old email when they eventually bothered to check deeper after I insisted they had my money an I had no sim. That wasn’t the email on my account either. The sim didn’t even appear in the account at any time. The system is flawed and the customer service is rude. The prices and packages may be more diverse than alternatives like Airalo, but at least their system is much smoother and support more professional. Edit: I did receive an apology and a coupon afterward. They blamed their poor translation.
