## C19-YRS Description
Download and get started with the NHS-approved C19-YRS app, as featured on BBC News.

The C19-YRS app can be configured by clinical teams as part of a clinical service, by Universities for research, or used independently through our public-facing applications.

Our clinical version of the app is intended for patients registered at a clinical service which has invited them to download the app to manage their condition remotely, complete assessments, and access support resources to improve their health and wellbeing, according to the individual service’s purpose.

The app may also be used for research studies who register participants onto the app to take part in projects.

If you are using the app as part of a service or project, a member of staff will provide users with their login details or instructions on how to sign up for the app. Please contact a member of staff at your service or project team for support if you get stuck.

We have two public facing apps as of 2025:

1 Autonom-e+ in collaboration with University of Leeds. This is free to register and comes with an optional subscription service.
2 The ME Clinical Assessment Toolkit in collaboration with ME Association. This is free to register and comes with an optional subscription service.

Auto-renewable subscription options for our public apps:
1 month (£2.99) duration
1 year (£19.99) duration

Your subscription will be charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

Current subscriptions may not be cancelled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

I’m supposed to fill this out, but I have no idea what my PIN was. The app logged me out some time ago and I can’t get back in! There’s no password recovery or anything that I can find… Can anyone help me?

### **--- "Buggy still"
Seems ok but when coming out of the app partway through an assessment’s text answer, going back in the text box wouldn’t appear. Tried closing app fully but no change. Was going to delete the app but of course all data would be lost so instead tried starting a different assessment but it warns I’d lose the other assessment’s data. So then I logged out and in again - all existing data lost! Please change so that logging out doesn’t lose data on incomplete assessments.
