In deze app vind je alle meditaties van de Mindfulnesstraining (MBCT) en veel verdiepende meditaties.
Met het e-learningprogramma volg je de training zelfstandig online. Video’s, teksten en stappenplannen leiden jou in je eigen tempo naar een mindful leven. Je persoonlijke dagboek is je handvat in deze ontwikkeling.
De Motivator is de Personal Assistent die je helpt bij het succesvol veranderen van je gedrag! In de Motivator maak je doelen en word je daaraan herinnerd in de regelmaat en op de dagen die je zelf kiest.
Zo verander jij je gewoonten en je mindset zonder dat dit tijd of energie kost.
Resultaat: Je ontwikkelt vaardigheden om stress te verminderen, piekeren te stoppen en helpende gewoonten te ontwikkelen.
