This app offers option to download the videos inside app, however these videos can’t be played if we are offline. What is the benefit of this app if downloaded videos can’t be played when offline. There are many instances when signals are not available. This app becomes completely useless for those who took the membership, wants to learn from remote areas where signals are not available.

This app is so poorly built without even basic features such as next and previous buttons for lectures. The lectures are 2-3 minutes clips asks each time a clip ends, we have to manually go back and start new lecture. Rachana you are good in finance but to survive you need to be good in business as well, and the most fundamental of any business is customer journey and satisfaction which is clearly lacking in your application.

1. Getting logged out automatically every time I’m out of the app.
2. Unable to play in the full screen mode. Discussion section covers 2/3rd of my screen.

Great content.  Glad that I enrolled.  

The app needs a serious refresh.  In the couple of hours that I have viewed the content, my feedback is as follows : 

1).  At the end of a session, the app should move to the next session.  It is very disturbing if one has to manually move to the next session 
2). It does not allow queue for download.  I am planning to view the videos during a place ride.  However, due to sequential queuing, it is going to be a task to download videos. 

More feedback to come later.

Teaching content is good. But app needs a serious makeover. It is filled with bugs. Firstly you get logged out every now and then for no reason. Secondly you are unable to access your courses at times and finally i haven’t seen the entire app and its interface ever as it keeps loading but is never actually loaded. Downloading a lecture is a different headache all together, let’s not get started her there. With such good reputation being carried by Mrs Rachna this app is playing a total spoil sport and would harm the reputation. Bug fixes are an urgent requirement.
