Still forces me to call???
Why can’t I just use the app, it only gives me the option to call 1-800-Caa-help whenever I click on the roadside assistance button.

Waste of time
Invalid credentials when trying to create an account. Please fix this
100% worth it
Had to use road side assistance. I scheduled a CAA driver on the app to come put on a spare and 20 minutes later it was done. Other benefits are a Shell discount and other discounts at restaurants.
What’s up with this
I am frustrated that I cannot create my Account- message is Invalid Credentials. I noted that this app only has a 2 star rating and the complaints which are the same as mine are from over 2 years ago. This is completely unacceptable that in 2 years this has not been corrected. I do not want the “we are sincerely sorry” message. Fix your app!!!

No option to opt out of sharing data. What is this world coming to? You are roadside assistance! Why you need access to my photos? Will not renewing
Beyond useless
Can’t even register because of “invalid credentials” but no explanation what is missing! Total waste of time.
The digital card cannot be added to apple wallet
The digital card cannot be added to apple wallet even the phone is the newest update as well as CAA app. The message is unknown error occurred. Frustrating since I had it on older phones in the apple wallet.
Can’t login
I downloaded the app to use for roadside assistance if i need it and it won’t even let me login, i put in all my information and press “log in” and it just doesn’t do anything. I tried to re install the app and still doesn’t work. i’ve had issues with this app before, when trying to get roadside assistance through the app it would never work and just come up with an error code but i did still enjoy using the app so i can see information about my profile but now since i have a new phone and can’t log in i don’t even have that option. you’d think with the price we are paying for this driver you could at least have an app that somewhat works😐

Frustrating app. Tried numerous times to set up and it doesn’t accept the info I put in. Gave up after numerous attempts. Useless if you can’t even get into it.
Won’t login
I assumed I was doing something wrong, after recovering my user name and resetting my password, I realized the app simply does not respond to the login button. Unfortunately, it’s useless in its current form.
