Cab-E Rider

Unable to use the app.

I’ve been using Cab E for a few years and I understand new apps have glitches and it’s a work in progress. However your last update is terrible. I hit “forget password” and it says my number is wrong. How could it be? It doesn’t give me an email option to change it either. So now I’ve been locked out of my own account and can’t use cab-e vehicles anymore. Please fix it

Really bad experience

Their cabs are clean & well maintained. The cab drivers are polite and call 30 mins before a scheduled trip to let me know that they are on the way. The fares are great with no sudden surge pricing.

Flow is broken

Looks like the app is dead, it’s neither loading or working after taking all login credentials.

Firstvitbws cheap. But now they are as costly as other cab service operators. The worst part is that they don't accept the bookings , the Admin has a track record of cancelling the bookings 98% out of 10 bookings 9 bookings aren't done. Should not rely on them for early morning bookings.

You can’t see where the driver partner has reached, you can’t book as the app does not allow you to go forward. The service when you get is very good, hardly any cancellation but the App is no good.
