After needing to be reimbursed, I contacted customer support, they were responsive, helpful and rapid. I highly recommend. -- anothersuperappuser, 2025-08-29 ### *---- "Can never find a taxi" Not enough drivers on this app -- yyyygggfbfgfg, 2025-08-21 ### *---- "Do not pick up at hotels" We ordered a cab but it didn’t come into the hotel when we had luggage and stopped on the main road when we went to get luggage it drove off and charged no pick up fee -- Sal ramzzzzzz, 2025-07-12 ### *---- "No drivers in Paphos" We booked 30 mins in advance and when the time came the order got cancelled leaving us to rush around and try to arrange another -- MStarMatt, 2025-06-25 ### *---- "Fraudulent app" The price will change and drivers are rude -- maxmax123123, 2025-06-24 ### ***-- "Room for improvement" Pros: Easy to use Always got a ride in Paphos, even in remote areas. Sometimes you get brand new Mercedes. Most drivers are polite. They don’t speak English but it is ok. Cons: Every single ride has an extra charge with no explanation from 1 to 6 euros. Some of the drivers are dangerous, they run red lights and even drive on the wrong side of the road. We had a couple of dangerous situations. Most drivers are very safe. -- Iagpatlop, 2025-06-03 ### *---- "Don’t use this app in Cyprus" Crazy drivers who try to rob you -- Mr Karam, 2025-05-01 ### **--- "Sneaky and useless" Forces you to top up wallet before ordering a taxi and then can’t find a taxi. Now you’re stuck as you can’t withdraw from the app once you top up. Don’t always have cash either. Stop forcing people to top up before searching -- S_ayy, 2024-10-05 ### ***** "From Alexandra and Jasmin" Thank you for being us back from our trip to the hotel. What a lovely gentleman! -- AlexH031191, 2024-08-31 ### *---- "Absolutely no cars around EVER😂" Honestly this is a total rip off! Tried to book a few times but you can’t book til you’ve put money in your wallet! So I put €20 in and booked only to have the job cancelled cos there was no driver. Tried 4 or 5 more times across the days but nothing. Tried to prebook and still nothing! So they get to keep my €20 great! -- Lilly goes hiking, 2024-08-10 ### *---- "If you want to get shouted at for no reason, download this app!" I used cab CY last year in Cyprus for a Limassol to Larnaca. It was great and everything went very smoothly. Today, I tried to book in the Paphos area. The job was accepted and I popped to the bathroom so was away from my phone for about 3 minutes. I came back to aggressive “are you there????” “hello?????” messages and a cancelled job. I rebooked and after about ten minutes the job was reaccepted. After a moment my phone rang and a very rude man said that the job would be €4 more than quoted in the app and kept repeating this at me. I asked why because that wasn’t the quote I was given. He then said he was the manager and all the other drivers weren’t coming because I’d ignored the messages they had sent. No other drivers had accepted the job or sent me messages. I explained I’d missed his message as explained above and he kept shouting at me whilst denying doing so. I decided to find alternative transportation. Would never recommend Cab CY now, an absolute joke. -- violin01, 2024-02-22 ### *---- "Caution" Looked just like the Uber app. Sadly on first go i immediately get a message from the driver saying price is wrong and he immediately doubles it. Pretty pointless if you don’t know what you are paying. Oh well. Won’t be using this again. -- countedemontechristo, 2023-12-23 ### *---- "Do not top up !!!!" Tried booking multiple times no taxis anywhere and won’t refund your money. Complete waste of time. I strongly recommend to avoid the app. -- Johnnyhotdog.., 2023-09-04 ### *---- "No driver, no notification" Scheduled a car 3 hours in advance, received confirmation a couple of hours out that a driver had been assigned. When the booking time came up now showing as no booking assigned and no notification/time. Clearly work needed. -- Dommyd258, 2023-07-04 ### *---- "Don’t use" The way the UI is later out makes you top up before you order a taxi. I topped up €24 to then be told there’s no drivers (Sunday 16:20 for context) -- Gamer uk 222222, 2023-05-21 ### *---- "Useless" Terrible app , never any drivers available, just searching drivers… totally rubbish -- Palironi, 2021-10-16 ### *---- "Don’t bother" Cancel last minute, never any drivers available, add random charges to your price. Ridiculous service. Just wait for a taxi. -- emmmm___, 2021-06-08 [View all CABCY reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## CABCY Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Israel | Travel | #136 | | Top Free | Greece | Travel | #191 | ## Apps Similar to CABCY -
