1. Reserve or request your car or taxi ride. Indicate in the app where you are located. Select your destination, as well as the type of transportation you want to use: Cabify, cab, electric moped or delivery.
2. Confirm your request to order a trip and that's it! We will provide you with the details of the car or taxi and the driver, either for a trip or for a delivery.
3. Always know the estimated price before traveling. We will tell you how much you will pay for your car or cab ride. In addition, you can select the payment method that best suits you: debit card, credit card or cash.
4. Share your journey. Send the details of your trip to family and friends so that they know where you are at all times and make you feel even safer.

They charged me twice for a cancelled ride that never even showed up in the first place before cancellation. For the past 3 months, I’ve communicated with different customer service reps and none were of help in giving me back my refund. I will never download or use this application again.

Downloaded the app. Added my CC. Cabify verified my CC by sending a small transaction. Tiered to use it. Got blocked. Completely useless customer service unable to tell me why I got blocked or how to resolve it.

Not sure if it’s just me but this app is VERY buggy. I made a reservation for a cab and had to cancel. I was unable to cancel it myself because the app kept saying something is wrong when I pull up my activities. I had to contact support to do it for me. Another time I booked a cab but there were no drivers around so I tried to cancel while the app was searching for drivers. Same thing, app kept saying something is wrong. After ten minutes it cancelled itself, but a driver could’ve been found during that time I could’ve very well been charged.

The price shows in the map is different from it’s price displayed on Google Map. The price is much higher (x2) in the app.
The estimated time is also not right, it takes longer for the driver to arrive, you need to give yourself at least 15 minutes buffer when ordering a cab.

Bajé la app, a los 3 días les escribo porque el cupón que se suponía que me regalaron no funcionaba. Me dieron un nuevo cupón y a los 5 minutos suspendieron mi cuenta. 4 días después sigo con la cuenta suspendida sin poder usar la app sin explicación ni respuesta.

Pésimo servicio. No usen la app.

I was first in Spain when i downloaded it and no text message received. I was stuck at the airport. I came back to Canada and deleted and tried here same thing. I contacted customer service with no reply over and over. I use Bolt no issue , Uber no issues. What I think is this company only serves to non Canadians to keep their drivers busy with those coming from other countries not seen as “rich”. Good luck. So much for inclusion

### *---- "Drivers won’t accept short (15 min) distances"
Drivers have stopped accepting short distance (15 min) trips. I found this out by almost missing an exam and then a flight. The app will say that they have found a driver and they need to accept the trip, but then you will be put on the “waiting list” again 2 seconds later because the drivers don’t want such a short trip. This will happen over and over again with a bunch of drivers. The last time this happened I was waiting half an hour and ended up having to call a cab because I as going to miss my flight. If this happens again I’m uninstalling the app, not worth the hassle.

Used the app to travel from Barcelona to Calafell. Ordered rode with a cost of 87Euro. 
Driver arrived on time. Driver drove very slow at time 30km below posted speed. Drive took longer than expected. Then charged 121euro upon arrival. Including a high demand charge of 4.36 and a service, security and sustainability fee of 3.66euro. I was also charged 3 x 7.36euro for tolls. 

Wouldn’t have all this been known when I ordered the ride?    

This is unacceptable for any company. Get your app in order. 40% more than quoted. Criminal.
