Es wird in der Zielführung häufig das falsche Ziel ausgewählt, und während der Fahrt ist es nicht möglich, das Ziel zu ändern. Wirklich die schlechteste Taxi App, die ich bisher global ausprobiert habe.

Does not work!!! Very stupid!
Showed car was 8mins away when I booked….but once the car was confirmed it was 43mins away!!!! Ridiculous! We were at the airport and the car was in downtown Valencia! I don’t know anyone who would be willing to wait 43mins for a ride!
Betrug
Gib mein Geld wieder zurück!!!! Das ist eine Abzocke. Sie haben bereits 2 mal mein Geld von Kreditkarte abgezogen. Ich habe mehrmals bei der App Kontakt geschrieben. Sie haben Mich ignoriert.
Did not find driver and did not suggest any help
We ordered a taxi from Alicante to airport on morning of Sunday. No drivers responded and no notifications came before. We literally waited on the street for the car and at the time when it should come we got a message “no driver took your ride, will you wait longer”? Obviously we had to arrange in a rush a search from normal agency. Really sad experience on the way back home from vacation
Englisch Sprache
Hallo, es gelingt mir nicht, die App auf Englisch einzustellen. Beim herunterladen scheint sie automatisch in Spanisch und ich finde auch keine Möglichkeit es umzustellen.
Keine Anmeldung möglich
Ich habe sämtliche mögliche Anmeldungen versucht und keine hat funktioniert. Damit ist die App völlig nutzlos!
Worst hailing app ever
Ridiculous hailing app! Had to wait for 5 mins to press the book button because it’s my first journey! Who is the genius that design the app?! Ok so I waited for 5 mins and then it took forever to find a driver. I gave up in the end and jump in a cab and it’s actually cheaper than the app!
They charged me 75€ for leaking app
Don’t get my 75€ back. Very angry don’t use this app
Invoice issue
Not able to get the invoice for the trip and also no option to switch to the business profile when making the first journey. It’s just a very bad experience. It’s the first time and also the last time I use this app.
Unverständlich
Ich habe mich sehr gefreut als Ausländer eine App zu finden die verständlich ist und die preis Leistung gut ist aber ihr habt mir 200€ abgebucht nach 2 Monaten einfach so die würde ich gern wieder haben und gerne wissen wieso ihr sie mir abgebucht habt
