I order a driver for a trip and the app said he arrived and the driver text that he don’t see me but I was next to his car , and he was inside drinking a beer and I saw him because I can see his pictures, so I tried to order again and the same guy accept but nothing charge and I tried to order for the third time and the same guy also accept and he says that he don’t see me so I got charge 6€ when I was next to his parking car outside !!!! The real problem is this app has no customer service number so I have to send text and wait for them , I got charge 3 times that day even if they will give me back the money it was a bad experience to use Uber instead!!!

A veces tarda mucho en asignarte un conductor, y te deja esperando las opciones durante varios minutos, lo que hace que puedas llegar tarde a algunos sitios
Es un modo de transporte competitivo con el resto de opciones. Sin embargo no sé si seguir confiando como mi prioritario ya que las últimas dos veces que lo he pedido han tardado casi 15 minutos en llegar y esta última teniendo que ir al aeropuerto lo que empiezo a plantear ir la próxima vez directamente en transporte público. Últimamente muy descontento. Por los conductores ningún problema.
Mi conductor aceptó el viaje, inicialmente indicando que llegaría en 10 minutos, pero luego cambió el tiempo de llegada a 25 minutos. Ignoró todas mis llamadas y mensajes y nunca apareció, dejándome esperando más de 30 minutos. Tuve que cancelar y reservar otro viaje a un precio más alto, lo que me hizo llegar tarde a una reunión importante y afectó todo mi día. El servicio de atención al cliente no hizo nada—solo se disculpó por la “experiencia desagradable” sin ninguna compensación ni información sobre las acciones tomadas contra el conductor. Si los clientes son penalizados por retrasos o cancelaciones, ¿por qué no hay responsabilidad para los conductores que nos hacen perder el tiempo? Totalmente inaceptable.
So, you pay a bit less than normal taxi but you have to wait a lot, the app is very bad, the GPS of drivers is never right. I travel a lot so I use taxis a lot. This is the worst in Spain.
