## Cabins USA Guest App Reviews in United States

### *---- "Try Again"
This app doesn’t have the functionality to search like you would expect. You have to search by your dates first instead of looking at a specific cabin.
Now it’s evidently due for an update and can’t use the app at all…but there is no update available in the App Store.
-- seriously awful nickname, 2026-08-14

### *---- "Unusable"
Can't do anything with it. Won't scroll down.
-- bobcat329, 2026-02-16

### *---- "Doesn't work."
App does not open. Only "Initializes."
-- Whydoyouneedmynamecreep, 2026-02-02

### *---- "App will not open"
This app no longer works!
-- shinynpunk, 2025-07-31

### *---- "DO NOT DOWNLOAD"
This app works but supposedly the Cabins USA company doesn’t use this anymore. I was told nothing when booking to not use the app so I paid through the app because it was very convenient. Even after check-in it showed me directions to the cabin and the check in code to get into cabin. Supposedly they stopped using this because of fraud. Now just frightened in the middle of my honeymoon because they made us come to the Cabins USA office to confirm our identity, etc. 10/10 do not recommend.
-- Dtaylo2, 2024-10-15

### *---- "Freezes a lot"
This app freezes a ton !!!! Can’t even use it.
-- Tatie0727, 2024-04-11

### *---- "Blank screen"
Needs lots of work. Just stays at a blank screen
-- crazzh, 2021-02-23

### *---- "App Complicated"
You can’t look at cabins and their prices at the same time without doing a search. Then when you look to search, your quick search buttons are “stay next weekend,” “arrive tomorrow,” etc. The opening search wants exact dates. I just want to enjoy viewing small Cabins for future stays. The website is easier to use for browsing.
-- Jav135, 2019-01-21

### **--- "Great idea but crashes"
The app is a great idea and I would love to be able to use it more. The problem is every time I open the app to use it it freezes or just shuts down.
