You both fell back asleep. Cadence helps both parents coordinate baby care with real-time tracking, smart wake windows, and a shift system where handoffs are verified — responsibility only transfers when your partner actively accepts. SHARED MODE (FREE) One shared view. No more "when did she last eat?" texts. - Real-time sync — feeds, diapers, and naps logged by either parent are instantly visible to both - Wake windows — a color-coded countdown (green to yellow to red) that helps you catch the nap window before your baby gets overtired - Notifications for both parents — stay in sync without constant check-ins - Multi-child ready — track siblings side by side SHIFT MODE (PRO) For parents who want real, uninterrupted rest. - Verified handoffs — tap to request a shift change. Your partner must actively accept before responsibility transfers - 30-minute timeout — if a handoff goes unaccepted, you stay on duty. No accidental 3 AM gaps - Off-duty silence — when it's not your turn, your phone stays quiet. When it is, you're the lead - Lock Screen status — see who's on duty with Live Activities DESIGNED FOR 3 AM Every detail built for one-handed use in the dark. - Lightning-fast — no loading screens, no spinners, even when you can barely keep your eyes open - Works offline — log a feeding at the park, on a plane, wherever. Everything syncs when you're back online - Track breast (L/R), bottle, formula, pump output, diapers, sleep, and custom routines - High-contrast, oversized buttons — because fine motor skills vanish at 3 AM UNDERSTAND YOUR BABY'S PATTERNS Insights that help you see what's emerging. - See how predictable your baby's daily rhythm is becoming - Spot the best windows for off-duty rest based on feeding and sleep trends - Track sleep consolidation — is your baby's longest stretch getting longer? - Export a summary for your pediatrician GET STARTED FREE - Free: Full activity tracking, wake windows, shared notifications, 3 routines, 7-day history - Pro: Shift handoffs, unlimited history and routines, pattern insights, data export, Live Activities - 7-day free Pro trial — no commitment Cadence is a coordination tool, not a medical device.
