Cadence is a timer for the things you actually do, not just a single countdown. Build a sequence of timed phases, hit start, and stay in the moment. Cadence keeps perfect time and reaches you even when the screen is off, your phone is silenced, or it is across the room.

BUILT FOR REAL ROUTINES
Chain as many phases as you like, each with its own name and length, and repeat them for as many rounds as you need. Hot 3:00, cold 1:00, five times. Twelve named stations of a bodyweight circuit. Inhale, hold, exhale. Whatever your ritual, it fits.

RELIABLE WHEN YOU ARE NOT LOOKING
Cadence uses Apple's alarm framework, so the end-of-phase alert breaks through silent mode and Focus. A live countdown ticks on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so a glance is all it takes. No more frozen timers when the app slips into the background.
