Cadra builds you a real training plan periodized, progressive, and scheduled around the days you can actually ride. Then it coaches you through every workout, interval by interval.

YOUR PLAN, YOUR SCHEDULE
Tell Cadra your goal, your experience, and which days you're free to ride. It builds a training block around that, with rest days where they belong. Get busy or feel rough? Skip a workout or move it to another day, and the rest of the plan adjusts around the change.

TRAIN WITH WHAT YOU HAVE
Every workout gives you a target in whichever metric you actually use. Power targets scale to your FTP. Heart rate targets scale to your zones. And if you have neither, effort-based targets work with nothing but your bike. Most training apps assume you own a power meter; Cadra doesn't.

WORKOUTS WITH A PURPOSE
Every session comes from a library of structured workouts built on established coaching practice — sweet spot blocks, threshold work, VO2max intervals, tempo, and honest Zone 2 endurance. Nothing is filler. Every interval is there for a reason, and the app tells you what that reason is.

A COACH IN YOUR EAR
Coach Marcus talks you through each interval: when to go, when to back off, how long is left. Audio cues play over your music or podcast and keep running with your phone locked, so you can put the phone in your pocket and just ride.

LIVE DATA WHILE YOU RIDE
Pair any Bluetooth heart rate monitor for live zone feedback, or enter your zones manually. A Live Activity on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island shows your current zone and elapsed time without unlocking your phone.

SEE THE WORK ADD UP
Weekly volume, completed sessions, and your progress through the current training block. You can see the plan you're on, the work you've done, and what's coming next.
