Estimated half hour for delivery. An hour and a half later still waiting, no update on the app for over an hour. Not able to get through to shop with details on the app. Contacted app admin through Facebook as suggested. Supposed to be monitored until 11pm every night. No response whatsoever! Useless app ended up having to go to the shop and pick up my order which was partly luke warm and had obviously been sat there a while! -- wil30, 2024-07-31 ### *---- "No feedback" App is very basic and no reviews on restaurants (seems like a lure to get them on the site), no updates from restaurant on time scale and you will have no idea when food might turn up. -- Hynam, 2021-11-24 ### *---- "This is a scam" Placed an order at 16:43 for £50. Estimated delivery 17:35. One hour after the estimated delivery time phoned the restaurant and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. After 90 minutes tried phoning again many times but the call just ended. 2 hours after estimated delivery time get an email to say the order is complete. 2 1/2 hours later still no food…. -- fecking eejit, 2021-09-11 ### ***** "Fantastic" Great local ordering app. Easy to use and great to see so many choices. Will be my go to over the big apps. -- Darren procter, 2021-02-11 ### ***** "Excellent for the area" Still more businesses to join but it can only get better! -- JonnoMcClane, 2021-01-13 ### ***-- "Basic App" The app is very basic and there is no feedback feature which is frustrating. There are a small selection of restaurants from the Caerphilly town area on it, it’s just a shame these restaurant clearly aren’t able to make the order for this app probably other fast food apps too. Missing food, cold food and worst of all food labelled wrong. It not the fault of the app it’s just a shame that the idea and the practice haven’t quite met at such a high standard as other larger food apps. -- NicAber2020, 2020-12-12 [View all Caerphilly Eats reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
