I have coupons that I want to use to place pick up orders because I live in the desert and it’s been extremely hot. However, the app never accepts payments and I’ve tried using my other cards, Apple pay but it doesn’t go through so weird.

This is the worst app I have ever used. Works great 10% of the time. I’ve earned a lot of points but can never redeem them. I send my order and when I go to pay it’s says none of the items are available. I go there less than I would because I don’t want to be irritated. This has been going on for years.

Been going to a new location for the last 8 - 9 months, but when I try to make it my favorite location it still says “Validation failure, location does not exist”. What’s up with that?

Constantly gives me the error “unable to get order info” which prevents me from completing my order. Cafe Rio has lost out on over a dozen orders from me over the last year because of this. Save your time and go somewhere else.

1. There’s no email confirming the order. If the app were to crash before I get my food, I have no way to prove I what my order is, short of screenshots of the confirmation screen each time. 2. There’s a “recent order” section, but it doesn’t have any of my old orders.

I have been using the app for years it can honestly say the app works about 20% of the time. There is always an error that won’t let you finish checking out.

I am constantly finding I can’t redeem receipts, or earn rewards. I tried uninstalling, and it won’t let me log in, as I keep getting error messages. Tried it on two different devices, and got the same problem. Missed out on several bonus rewards and have not been able to earn rewards for multiple purchases. The fact that you can’t log in rewards through a web browser is even more frustrating. Get this fixed.

Tried 3 different credit cards as payment in the app - it wouldn’t add any of them. They are all active, had no blocks, and work fine everywhere else. However, the same credit card worked online. Very inconvenient - please fix! Love the food, loathe the app.

This worker scammed us out of our free coupon and was rude about it. He canceled the order and he said we where trying to cheat the system so we left worker handled it terrible very rude. Costa vida is better with costumers any way.

I can’t use the app to scan my receipts or access my rewards! It’s an going issue. Terible!
