Constant problems for a month now with the app and Nero. They blame each other leaving loyal customers stranded looking stupid in the shop when vouchers do not work please sort this out!!!
Too UK focused
Most offers appear to be UK only. Why not have more ROI offers.
Cafe Nero
The app is good but the cafe’s cleanliness and staff training needs to be worked on. The cafe on Merrion Row is very untidy and dirty. The staff spend too much time talking to eachother and not enough time doing their job of keeping the place clean and engaging with the customers in a professional and friendly manner. Please pass my comments to senior management.

Super easy to use . Paying, keeping your rewards and getting them have never been easier. They even implement the student discount at the till. Amaze
Very handy loyalty app.
No problems with this app. Very handy way of building loyalty stamps, without having to bring a card with you, so it’s always on your phone. Based in Republic of Ireland, I was pleasantly surprised to see I could use the app in North of Ireland to build up loyalty stamps too, not all companies offer this, so I guess it’s probably the same in England, Scotland and Wales. One thing, you need to check on your “vouchers” section to see when you have filled a card to avail of free drink, it’s not automatic like the Insomnia Coffee app. As the free coffee can be any size coffee, it means probably around a 10% discount on your overall spend, or more depending on your choice of free coffee. The app also works when you’re offline, and the stamp is updated when you’re back online . Recommended.

An excellent app with information you need it not too much and no paper cards to stamp or credit card to present i can’t think how you could make it better! Love the coffee too

Great app. Get 2 stamps for bringing a reusable cup. Meaning after 4 & 1/2 coffees I get a free one! Bring back the spinning wheel after every purchase!
