Never counts calories right and i always have to manually add. Regret subscribing to this app

I dont know for other however after a few days after the payment it just does not allow me to use it When l open the app it automatically closes Nothing else is wrong with my phone…. Its an even bigger shame since l payed for the entire year….

But id like more nutrients counts, and more features currently is very limited, and their scanner and ai is not very accurate, even when you try to correct it still does whatever it wants and ignore what you adjusted. Has potential to be the best app, but a lot of work must be done and fast!

They offer a 3 day trial, but if you cancel before it’s up they charge you anyway, and apple says it’s not refundable!

Customer service refuses to help make the app work or provide refund. I tried to purchase this for my son’s device. He can’t log in with the credentials. Their customer service says tough luck, no refunds nor will they help get it to work on his device! Now I’m stuck with this useless service for a year.

If you’re on a diet where every calorie and macro counts, do not use their product. It got some veggies correct, but every protein and complete meal was off 100+ calories, not even mentioning macros.

I love this app. I’ve used them all including Noom and this one has helped me lose 8 lbs in a month. The only thing is I wish it saved the recent history. It seems to cherry pick just a few things I’ve eaten recently. The AI part is not always accurate but I am surprised at how spot on it can be sometimes. Worth every penny.
