The idea of the app is great, but the app very often misidentifies food. Something very annoying is that even when you scan a food label, the macros and calories are saved wrongly although they are clearly shown. This makes the experience very frustrating sometimes

I was promised a 3-day free trial but was charged $30 after being redirected to their website, outside the app, to enter my card details manually—not through Apple. I never received any confirmation, never got access to the app, and every attempt to log in failed with an “account does not exist” error. Despite contacting support many times over two weeks, I received nothing but the same canned, repetitive, unhelpful response insisting the charge was via Apple—even after I clearly explained, repeatedly, that it was not. Their “support” doesn’t even read emails and refuses to issue a refund. There’s no way to speak to a real person or resolve the issue. This service is shady, evasive, and predatory. I’ve had to file a chargeback through my bank and reported them to Apple.

The App can’t really estimate the portion size of a meal and gives instead often a default value. If I take the same food with 100 Gramm of rice of 300 Gramm of rice, take a pic via the app the calories are shown as the same in the end. Some industrial items are recognized correctly, but counted with significantly more or less kcal as per package…

L’application a l’air honnêtement bien, mais personnellement je déteste qu’une entreprise me fasse croire que son application est gratuite parce qu’elle est gratuite au téléchargement pour remplir tout un formulaire et apprendre à la fin les tarifs qui sont assez élevé

They offer a 3 day trial, but if you cancel before it’s up they charge you anyway, and apple says it’s not refundable!

Customer service refuses to help make the app work or provide refund. I tried to purchase this for my son’s device. He can’t log in with the credentials. Their customer service says tough luck, no refunds nor will they help get it to work on his device! Now I’m stuck with this useless service for a year.

If you’re on a diet where every calorie and macro counts, do not use their product. It got some veggies correct, but every protein and complete meal was off 100+ calories, not even mentioning macros.

I love this app. I’ve used them all including Noom and this one has helped me lose 8 lbs in a month. The only thing is I wish it saved the recent history. It seems to cherry pick just a few things I’ve eaten recently. The AI part is not always accurate but I am surprised at how spot on it can be sometimes. Worth every penny.
