Screens freeze on mobile. And verification numbers never received on online . I get NO customer service support help just sarcastic comments making it my fault. This needs to get resolved before we as customers pull out of this bank to one that actually has an app that works and pleasant customer service support reps . Their rudeness at Cal coast is and unacceptable. Alisha was very rude on 1/11/25. I had been calling for 3 days finally got someone to answer who really doesn’t seem to know her job or Like it. Agree where is the 4- star rating coming from. ?? Definitely not -- goawayverizon, 2025-01-11 ### *---- "Need to restart phone to reset app" The app freezes after every use and will only reset if I restart my phone. Fix this now. The previous app worked fine and now there are too many bugs and just spinning and never loads. I know I can’t be the only one experiencing this since I have an iPhone -- EnglishB1, 2025-01-10 ### *---- "Previous App Better" This one is terrible. Difficult to navigate, crashes and freezes. Old one was better. -- Anna_RawRs_You, 2025-01-10 ### *---- "Mobile deposits" Two of my five mobile deposits have not been processed into our account several days later AFTER the new update. What to do? -- Jim 5655, 2025-01-08 ### *---- "Sure you could afford a better app" This app is a stinky pile, I don’t know how they are a literal bank but have arguably the worst to navigate slowest loading app on the market update after update I hope it gets better but it doesn’t pay what you have to, in order to keep us happy without us you are nothing. -- _KingTulip_, 2025-01-08 ### *---- "Terrible app" I don’t like this app at all. The previous app was easy to use. With this app in order to check a current balance I need to reboot my phone. This app is terrible. -- Flygirl82, 2025-01-08 ### *---- "nah" yall piss me off stop making me update this every three business days like girl js let me use my apppp. the other one was miles better why did yall do this -- cindylouwho331, 2025-01-08 ### *---- "Can't pay credit card" It won't let you pay your credit card payment from outside source. -- EzQillZ, 2025-01-08 ### *---- "New version is not user friendly" The old app was so easy to use and never had any issues. -- Kelmacc, 2025-01-08 ### *---- "Slow" This newer app is much slower.
