The widget doesn’t work unless the app is also open, which makes the widget somewhat useless. The top of the numerical display is cut off by the widget frame. There is a delay of almost two seconds between each key press and the appearance of the numeral. If all you want is a slow fidget toy, try it. It’s not suitable as a serious calculator.

I appreciate the creation of a basic calculator app, one that has widget functionality for iPhone and iPad, unlike the Apple app. 

But that doesn’t mean it has to be garbage. The lag in every keystroke is brutal and completely unnecessary; it was purposely added in by the developer. There’s a special place in the afterlife for the types of people who purposely target and prey on the less fortunate.

I wanted this app because it shows up in Lock Screen mode. But it does not work in Lock Screen mode and it opens in portrait mode when I touch it. If I am using the iPad with the keyboard I have to turn the entire iPad and keyboard on its side. It just misses the mark!
