## Caldwell Precision Chronograph Reviews in United States

### *---- "App Doesn’t Connect iOS"
I don’t often use my Caldwell chronograph while shooting. However, I have never once yet successfully connected the App with the chronograph for the many years I have owned it now. Despite having all settings “enabled” along with Bluetooth enabled.
Caldwell clearly doesn’t care or support their product either by the lack of effort and numerous negative feedback.
-- Wiley_C, 2026-07-03

### *---- "Does not connect to IOS 16."
I am unable to connect my chronograph to my phone through the app. Even with all of the correct settings.
-- leasongs, 2026-03-31

### **--- "Doesn’t work on iPad"
App works okay on my iPhone. A little clunky but works well enough. Installed on my iPad and it does not connect to Bluetooth. App settings does not show Bluetooth permissions, only microphone. Needs update for it to work properly with iPads.
-- Just somthing, anything, 2025-09-07

### *---- "Could’ve been great"
No way to stop and then restart a string. You have to waste time waiting for your firearm to cool off before you can continue. As opposed to being able to shoot strings from several firearms during a session. No way to load your firearm/string information before hand.
-- RRBabs, 2025-06-19

### *---- "Not for. iOS"
Simply does not work with newer version of ios.
-- Nunya busyness, 2025-04-28

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
App won’t read any data from my chronograph at all, shows connection as green but doesn’t display the speed
-- BadassJeff, 2025-02-25

### *---- "Needs updating"
Works with iPhone X, but not with the newer iPhones! I give the chronograph four star, works 90% of the time!
-- M L time, 2025-01-11

### *---- "Does not work with newer iPhone"
Worked with iPhone 7 after I bought lightning connector. Finally got a chance to use it again and showed connected but occasionally said it was not connected to iPhone 13. Seeing other reviews this has been an issue that devs refuse to fix. Had to use one shot at a time and record results. Basically a chunk of plastic without all the data perks now.
-- reabbott, 2024-06-05

### *---- "Will not connect with my iPhone 15 Pro"
I’ve tried everything to get shots read and it will not register any shots. The chronograph works great but the app is worthless to me at this point. (Got adapter for 3.5mm jack) still no luck connecting!
-- Jruelas73, 2024-04-03

### *---- "Does Not Work on iPhone"
Connects to iphone via official apple lightning to 3.5mm headphone jack adapter, and recognizes device in app, but does not transmit any data.
