Problems

Used to work well. This week it is totally nonfunctional

Tips

Make it an option to add the tip after the ride is completed! It’s not fair to the driver as the ride gets closed the second I exit the car, I would like to add a tip when I get out.

1st time app user

App make it easy to call for a cab. You receive notification to update you on the driver status as he’s closing on your pick-up location. Fare estimation was accurate. Overall satisfied with how the app is working.

Not impressed

Prebooked a Van to take us to the airport. Charged the credit card and sent us a confirmation text. Then proceeded to not show up. I called and they told me there were no Vans in the area so I would be refunded. Ok great now I have to scramble to book an Uber last minute. A simple call or text to let me know they wouldn’t be able to complete my trip ahead of time and this situation could have been avoided.

Cab driver

I got off work at 2am and ordered my self an ubur. As I was waiting for my ubur a gentle man was standing outside of my work and asked me to order a cab. I ordered him one and when I got home I received a phone call. Apparently the guy who I ordered a cab for that I have never met ran off and did not pay. That is not my fault when I was trying to be nice and order someone else a cab. Now the cab driver is threatening me and harassing me by calling me saying he is going to call the cops if I don’t pay. I’m not paying for a cab ride I didn’t take. Sorry but he is rude and I was trying to be nice to a stranger when it’s 2am and snowing.
