I cannot believe it’s free

I’ve been training combat sports and using this for my strength and conditioning l. This app is the best I’ve ever used hands down. I’ve recommended it to many friends.

This is promoted on the web as having free sections with option to upgrade if wanted. This does not appear correct. Cannot add any workouts or activity without signing up.

Fantastic app

Fantastic app for putting the science and some structure into strength training. I’ve worked out for years but always had a slightly haphazard approach. This app has given me a clear structure to work out and crucially, to incorporate progressive overload properly into my regime. I’m getting better results than I ever have before and really enjoying the whole experience.

Best free app for working out by far

Amazing app, especially considering it’s free, easy to track work outs and improvements. Only recommendation is for the app to change up strength training exercises or give you different options that are easily visible rather then searching. But for being free can’t ask to much. Great app!

I give up. This would have been my go to app except that it will crash on you. In the middle of a workout, building a workout plan, watching a tutorial...name it. Goodby to any data you have just been trying to save. So frustrating. I have not come across an app that crashes as much as this one does. Goodbye caliber.

Best weight & strength program

This app is the BEST. I’m using the free version, but you can pay a little bit on money and get a personal trainer. I’m just a beginner but soon I’ll sign up for for the personal trainer. It’s the best app I’ve found by far. Easy to use, and completely easy to understand the basics and to get fit from home. I don’t like gyms, but with this app I can understand my progression overload and track all my stats. This app changed my life. Best part is the free version is so useful so if you can’t afford gyms and subscriptions you can still change your life. I’ve lost 20kg and gone from being a weak fatty to now a very strong and muc healthier person. Try if you won’t regret it

Mostly great with a couple issues

I do love this app and reccomend it to many people I know. However it DOES have a couple issues with the UI that make it difficult to use sometimes Sometimes the tracking part of the workout system disappears for me. Even when I close the app, get rid of the workout etc. it’ll stay gone until it decides to show up again. This can make it hard to track workouts. Using your own excersises and workouts is a mess and could be easily streamlined, why not just add your own created workouts to the same menu as the pre-made workouts? Other than that I do love this app and use it many times a week!

Great app that allows you to track your workout progress. Also allows you to see videos of exercises and build your own work outs. Amazing.

Personal Training App

This gym app is one of the best ones I have used. The ease in the ability to track the exercises you conduct, the repetitions you do and the weight you use is wonderful. Not only that but the process to create your own routine is so simple. Best part about all of this is, if you have experience all these features are free and even if you don’t, they have a basic routine that can help entry level gym users. In saying that, I personally paid for a three month session with a PT named Terry (as I had little gym experience) and he was amazing. Not only was Terry super experienced, he was super easy to work with. Due to my location, all of my contact with Terry was remote but that didn’t lower the quality at all. Terry was quick to help me come up with a routine that worked for me and my goals. Then began helping me with my nutritional value and other parts of my life that would ultimately affect working towards my fitness goals. He was always readily available to answer any questions I had and very actively engaged in working with me towards my goal. Overall, this app and getting a personal trainer at Caliber I found for my situation it worked exceptionally well. As I had little experience and due to my work, I have limited workout space, or opportunity, yet, with Terry‘s experience that mattered little . When I asked for a separate routine from my normal Gym one, one that would work in the space I had Terry came through in spades. I found all interactions super helpful both through the setup process and with everyone after on the app. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a easy to use Fitness tracking app whether you are experienced or not.
