* Members who work with a coach achieve at least a 20% improvement in their body composition by Week 12 of the program, on average.
* Caliber members who work with a coach complete an average of 17 workouts per month.
* Your coach is matched to you based on your specific needs and preferred coaching style, ensuring an excellent fit from Day 1.
* Caliber coaches are highly vetted, accredited personal trainers who are among the top 1% in their field.
* Unlike hiring an in-person trainer, Caliber coaches have real-time access to your workout and nutrition data, which they use to deliver highly personalized and actionable recommendations.
* Your coach is available 24x7 and will respond to you the same day (typically within a few hours).
* Caliber's coaching program is rated 4.9 out of 5 on TrustPilot. For detailed reviews from current Caliber members, visit our TrustPilot page at https://www.trustpilot.com/review/caliberstrong.com

Caliber Strength Training Reviews

Fantastic product!

Darrell Niver on

This has helped me develop my strength training so much! The flexibility in the paid version of the app is wonderful as I try different lifts for the same muscle groups based on my situation. It gives me flexibility and options. Also, it helps me track to see what I’m doing well or could use improvement on. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience with Caliber!

Really enjoyed my time working with Brent at Caliber. He was very knowledgeable and provided just the right amount of motivation and guidance needed to help accomplish my goals. If you are looking to improve yourself and need some help getting started or be driven to progress beyond your normal routine I would highly recommend using the Caliber program. If you work with a personal trainer like Brent I am sure you will meet or exceed your expectations!

Great

The perfect workout app. It’s everything I want. I’ve used it for years.

Helpful app for at-home workouts

I use Caliber for my resistant band workouts at home. It's been really helpful because of its ease of use and the video examples for each exercise.

Awesome app with a flaw

This app is great and motivates me to get stronger. Excellent developer support provided. it’s great and it’s free.

Update is horribly laggy

Luckyxcc on

United States

With the newest update the app barely works anymore. I’ll tap “done” after logging a set and nothing happens. I keep constantly having to force close and reopen the app to do a single task. Adding an exercise or tracking even one set is impossibly tedious now

Almost perfect!

i use the free version of this app to track my workouts. i also used it when i first started out to learn different exercises, which made the gym a lot less daunting. i really love how it will build you different workouts even in the free version. my only complaint is that i wish it could sync up to my coros watch to better track my running and my strength workouts. the cardio workout tracking definitely could be better, but i realize this is primarily for lifting.

Huge improvement in less than 1 month

I joined Caliber after searching for a solution to my non-motivation for working out. I’m 59 years old and haven’t lifted weights for years. I know that that is a very important part of keeping yourself healthy as you get older. (Coach) Mario is awesome. Whenever I send him a message, he responds quickly, and if he thinks I might be slacking, he sends me a quick message to remind me to work out. Keeping track of my workouts and seeing the increase in pounds lifted is motivating. I have stayed true to four workouts a week for the past three weeks and now I feel guilty if I don’t work out. I make it a priority, which is something I’ve never done before! In short, I highly recommend this program and I will continue with it as needed. Update: I have now been using Caliber with a coach for nine months. My body composition and strength have improved immensely. And so has my determination to continue with a weightlifting program. I am about to take a break from the coaching side of this app and try things on my own, while still using Caliber as a way to track my workouts.

Great app and experience

Myapril123 on

After having a negative experience with a virtual trainer on another app, I was pleasantly surprised with Caliber. Coach Bethany was great and perfect for what I was looking for. She asked for constant feedback on the workouts to see if I needed any changes. She kept me accountable throughout as well which was very helpful. She offered me praise and encouragement when I was starting to see results which kept me going. I haven’t reached my goals yet but I have made excellent progress. Now I feel better equipped to build my own workouts. Working with Bethany has been awesome and I would highly recommend it!

The free version

Headhunter Master Yi on

I’m loving the usefulness of this app so far. Of note, I am using and reviewing the free version. This app has a plethora of workouts and workout options which I have found incredibly useful. It tracks the weight and reps for each exercise and displays the previous workout’s stats for comparison with each new workout. There is also an option to record workout notes during each workout which carries over for reference to that same workout. There is a strength score and balance that is displayed following each workout. An option to write a post workout note is also available though I can’t find the note after submitting it.
