I would highly recommend Caliber for anyone that’s just getting into the gym and has no idea what to do. I started using it a few weeks ago and it’s been as helpful as a lot of the workout apps that are behind a paywall. It gives you workouts, shows you what to do, and gives you information like the targeted muscle group. It’s free and fabulous and easy to navigate and log workouts. To anyone looking for a great workout, get this app.

I want to start by saying that I got to the app bc I read on a magazine it was the best overall, I don’t think they were wrong. Right now I can’t remember exactly the steps I took to get started (since it has been 3 months) but I do remember the lady I spoke with was fantastic and she recommended Sarah as my trainer. I was also going thru a rough time since I had a miscarriage at the time. I was depressed (there’s no better word to describe it) and I was eating a pint of ice cream in a day! A few days after I met Sarah virtually. I like a lot that she’s sweet and kind, but also down to business. Her job is to guide me onto a better and healthier lifestyle, and that’s exactly what she did. She’s so easy to talk to! I feel like I’m chatting with a friend I haven’t seen in a while every time we talk. She has motivated me, communicated, asked how my workout is going on, encouraged me so much in the past 3 months! I asked her to help me get stronger, she did. I asked her to modify workouts because I want to work a certain area, and she did. Of course, I follow her recommendation - but she’s got the perfect workout for you based on what you want to work on. I used to hate going to the gym - strangers looking, not sure what exercises I should do, what areas I should work - I feel so much better now, very confident and happy every time I go to the gym. So, thank you Sarah for being so awesome! For your help, training, advice, guidance! You’re great! I also like the app has a community that’s very centered around fitness, and many of us ask for advice there, so that’s a plus. I’m very happy. I’m happy of where I am and how I feel with myself. I’m a so much better place now and I look forward to keep on working on myself. Deni.

This is the best app for any beginner

I have never been in gym and I decided to work out regularly to maintain core muscles as I get older. Going gym was intimidating because I don’t know what to do, and having a personal trainer was not an option because of the cost, and I found this app. This app is not only giving me a workout plan, but showing me how to do correctly with video.Thank you so much for making this app!!

Free version

I am self motivated, but this app helps me be more focused on my motivation because I don’t have to think about what exercise I’ll do next if you use the free version. Also if you want to create your own you can— however, it obviously doesn’t have absolutely every possible exercise. That’s only because some of my personal workout are self created or outside of the know normal workout routines. This app gives me time to focus on other important things.

Best strength-training resource out there

I have tried every type of free app and website to help me in the gym. This is the best strength-training resource I have ever used. It is the sole reason I feel comfortable in the gym. Pros: - it tailors your workout to what equipment you have available to you (gym, nothing, a kettlebell at home, etc) - it has detailed descriptions on each workout to help you get that perfect form - it has warm-up sets - teaches you how to find your “weight” to lift for each exercise - it tracks your progress - it has trainers that you can pay for (but tbh you don’t need to) - the app encourages you I started with no lifting experience. I lift four times a week now and my strength and overall health has improved greatly. If you are the average Joe looking for a good resource to get into strength training, download this app. You will not regret it.

The app is unusable without an account. You can’t sign in with existing socials so you have to use your email. They don’t understand how to manage sessions so you’ll never be able to sign in or out. You have to answer 50+ questions before you start using anything. Didn’t even get to the product and the experience was awful. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Developers have no idea what they are doing

Great app finally

Been looking for a free workout app for ages. This one has been awesome. It lets you build workouts, keep track of your progress, and keeps that information handy. Might try the paid upgrade as I get fitter. Thanks.

This app is great because it’s free (unless you want premium) but it’s really good to track your workouts and Imthis app has helped me build muscle
