After liking the game, it is not opening anymore. Tried everything but keep crashing Gave the game a second chance, get block every time you watch an ad, just tired of having to restart the game, which sometimes takes some trying to even log on. Great game with lots of issues

This game is great but I’m uninstalling it until you include an option to skip the irritating dialogue. It totally ruins the game it’s irritating as hell.

I bought the adventure pass I just went to play the game and it won’t load the game anymore I want a refund please you toke my money and didn’t give me what I bought
This game is fun, but has recently changed the furnace (that produces energy) to every 30 min from every 5. There for you have to wait 30 minutes to get 45 energy, and that’s gone in one chop of a block. Definitely not worth the time and effort of the game anymore.
This game could be so good. It has potential. Unfortunately it takes a million steps to build anything, it is extremely hard to complete the tasks, and takes way too much energy to clear objects in levels. I haven’t been able to complete any of the events because it is so hard and takes too much energy to clear one object. Disapointed.
Fun game but hate how hard it is to gather some items such as ice and water without having to buy extra gems. Water is used for everything so player is unable to continue playing or advancing in the game. Extra gems etc are too expensive to buy!
Initially this game was fun but as you progress it becomes ridiculously hard to build buildings or progress as it takes a million steps to construct any resources. For example, to make one stupid cake you have to make 6 other things as ingredients. Also, there are too many tasks at one time which is overwhelming. I won’t be playing this anymore.
Since apple update I can not even open the game. Just simple closed before even able to send message tech. support.
