I just don’t understand how iPhone lets people put the application in the store to sucker people to buy an app it’s useless my money back

When I paste code *#61# with my phone number I receive “your call cannot be completed as dialed “. Would request refund but contact required Facebook. I don’t do Facebook, it leaks privacy data!
